Procedura che ha avuto mille intoppi non certo per mancanza di professionalità del personale ma per estrema burocrazia di poste italiane.
 Thanks to Cesaria's preparation and stubbornness, I managed to get to the end of a succession procedure that started a few months ago.
A procedure that had a thousand hitches, certainly not due to the lack of professionalism of the staff but due to the extreme bureaucracy of Italian post offices.
