Percepire uno stipendio statale non da a nessuno il diritto di mancare di cortesia ed efficienza . I highly recommend using all post offices except the one in Verbania Pallanza for lack of competence, education, kindness. Receiving a state salary does not give anyone the right to lack courtesy and efficiency.

Vb che siamo nei tempi di pandemia e tutti sono inpauriti e arrabbiati pero' quando si lavora e sottolineo quando si lavora!!! bisogna essere proffessionalisti nel suo lavoro, i problemi personali si lasciano dietro la porta! Sono anni che frequento l'ufficio postale di Pallanza, la scortesia, maleducazione, mancanza di rispetto e poca professionalità c'è sempre stata. Pensavo che, con il cambio del personale le cose sarebbero cambiate, ebbene vedo che anche i "nuovi professionisti" non sono da meno.
