★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da DENUNCIA! Pervenuto un pacco di amazon vuoto con all'interno due distinte delle poste di Laveno! Premetto che il pacco era sigillato e non c'era nessun modo per infilare nemmeno dei fogli! Si sono giustificati, dicendomi che poteva essere stato "casualmente" trovato aperto e richiuso! Peccato non fosse così! Ho già fatto denuncia all'ufficio reclami! PESSIMI, BUGIARDI E LADRI (riferito solo a chi ha commesso il fattaccio e chi lo ha coperto)!!

Direttrice che in tutto questo chiacchiera beatamente fuori invece di aiutare le colleghe. Sempre più imbarazzanti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poste Italiane sono un gruppo che conta 120 mila dipendenti con un fatturato da oltre 30 miliardi di euro.. Questa è una premessa doverosa, è chiaro che la bontà di un servizio bisogna valutarlo nell'insieme e dalle regole imposte. I ritardi nelle spedizioni ci possono essere, la mancanza di postini idem come gli ovvi orari di consegna (pomeriggio). Le code allo sportello? Normale, abbiamo una popolazione che è nata con le Poste e tutti vanno lì.. pensione, bollettini, gestione risparmio, ecc.. Bisognerebbe evolversi e usare i servizi web o altre forme (accredito pensione, bollettini al tabacchino o supermercato, ecc.. ), ma la popolazione è per lo più anziana e non pronta. Laveno gestisce la corrispondenza di molti comuni limitrofi, l'organizzazione non sempre è efficiente; non avrà orari da Posta Centrale di Varese ma sono scelti e cortesi allo sportello e poi siamo in periodo COVID..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiegate agli sportelli maleducate e astiose, in particolare quella che sembra essere la più anziana. Vado alla posta di Laveno solo se è indispensabile altrimenti vado all'ufficio postale di altri paesi dove trovo sempre persone cortesi.
Rude and resentful counter clerks, especially the one who appears to be the oldest. I go to the Laveno post office only if it is essential otherwise I go to the post office in other countries where I always find courteous people.

Il cattivo servizio è una cosa, ma questo è da non credere! Se il pacco arriva è semplicemente grazie al miracolo del Natale. Tristezza!
