2 sportelli che dovrebbero essere aperti negli orari per il pubblico ma quello a sx è quasi sempre usato dall'importo per svolgere lavori di back office e quindi chiuso.
Quando va bene sembra di entrare in un circolo ricreativo e non hanno capito che la qualità del servizio non si misura dalle discussioni/chiacchere, ma dal tempo di attesa.
Avoid like the plague.

When it goes well it seems to enter a recreational circle and they have not understood that the quality of the service is not measured by the discussions / chat, but by the waiting time.

Purtroppo solo la direttrice è competente, gli altri collaboratori più giovani non sono per nulla cordiali e per fare operazioni basilari (rinnovo di una carta postepay) creano problemi su problemi. Inoltre, le riservazioni online non sono rispettate in quanto il giorno in cui ho fatto visita gli operatori rispondevano "qua si fa la fila normale". Consiglio di andare in uffici più grandi dove sanno come si lavora in team.
Bad office, to be avoided if possible. Unfortunately, only the director is competent, the other younger collaborators are not at all friendly and to do basic operations (renewal of a postepay card) they create problems after problems. In addition, online reservations are not respected because the day I visited the operators replied "here is the normal queue". I recommend going to larger offices where they know how to work as a team.
