Oggi 16/12/2019 non solo mancavano i bigliettini numerati per poter ottenere il servizio, ma attendendo il mio turno dopo due ore sono capitata probabilmente con l’operatrice peggiore ; visibilmente nervosa per l’eccesso di persone, le chiedo delle informazioni inerenti una delega, inizia ad arrabbiarsi anche con me, in quanto sprovvista dei documenti del delegato. Le chiedo la gentilezza di restare tranquilla, ma alla mia richiesta mi restituisce il cartaceo ( gettandomelo con arroganza e prepotenza contro ) ..... perdendo le staffe e mantenendo la padronanza della lingua italiana, non sfocio in decadenze dialettali, nemmeno per invitarla ad andarsene al quel paese. Il direttore delle poste italiane, non è stato da meno.... molto arrogante e maleducato. Comprendo lo stress lavorativo, le giornate intense e le persone che talvolta possono essere difficili da trattare, ma se proprio dovete lavorare con questi ritmi, c’è tanta gente disoccupata in attesa di occasioni. Il cliente non ha sempre ragione per forza, ma l’educazione è un fattore oggettivo al mio paese... Spero in un miglioramento della struttura e in una rivalutazione seria del personale. R	Raffaele Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In risposta alla colendissima Dott.ssa Trimarchi, non esiste una procedura per la quale un cliente debba presentare i documenti del Delegato (se ci pensa un attimo non ha neanche senso), semmai il Delegato deve mostrare copia del documento del Delegante unitamente ad una Delega sottoscritta, per inserire invece una delega permanente devono essere presenti Delegato e Delegante e per chiedere informazioni per l'inserimento di una ipotetica delega non occorrono documenti..... È proprio sicura di aver capito cosa le ha detto l'operatrice di sportello? Le è chiaro di cosa ha bisogno? Ciò che ha scritto è il perfetto manifesto della realtà con cui si devono confrontare gli operatori di sportello tutti i giorni, ignoranza su prodotti e servizi e addirittura su quello di cui si ha bisogno, unita all'arroganza nel pensare di avere anche ragione.... Fortunatamente l'utenza dell'ufficio postale è molto varia. Peccato che è sempre super affollata e ci sono spesso difficoltà per parcheggiare l'automobile. Per evitare, spesso ci vado a piedi, facendo una passeggiatina di un paio di chilometri. The small post office in Via Cesare Battisti, located in front of the Basilica of Sant "Antonio, a few steps from the elegant Viale Satnt'Antonio, would be a gem for the competence and skill of the postal workers. Non essendo munito di green pass, ho cercato di prelevare fuori, ma il servizio dello sportello automatico era (come al solito) fuori servizio, ho chiesto cortesemente al responsabile di attivarlo, ma mi ha cacciato dicendomi che se non andavo via avrebbe chiamato i Carabinieri, ma invece i Carabinieri li ho chiamati io per spiegargli il fatto, e mi hanno detto di chiamare al numero verde delle poste e dichiarare il tutto. Intanto in allegato la persona (responsabile) se così si può definire che mi ha cacciato fuori nonostante io avessi la mascherina, (pioveva a dirotto) solo perché io avevo bisogno di prelevare i MIEI SOLDI. Crazy stuff !!
