Mia figlia non e e stata mai chiamata .e andata più volte a reclamare senza nessun esito positivo............e ancora.tutt oggi 7 marzo dopo tanti reclami...non ci si riesce quindi ci rinuncio It was my daughter in that office to open a checking account. Ho preso la prenotazione per il ritiro della posta e sono esattamente un ora e 10 minuti che non è mai uscita la tipologia di ritiro e spedizione. Dopo aver chiesto varie volte, garbatamente e con educazione , mi è stato detto che è normale. Il direttore, mi ha prima detto di non potergli chiedere nulla, successivamente alla mia richiesta di spiegazione e chiarimenti riguardo il funzionamento delle prenotazioni mi ha risposto che è normale . Gli ho detto che è sbagliato perché bisogna dare la possibilità a tutti di aspettare un tempo congruo. Non è normale che mai in un ora intera e più(perché al momento sono ancora in posta), non si dà la possibilità di effettuare questo tipo di operazione neanche ad una sola persona, neanche una sola volta in un ora a prescindere dal numero di prenotazioni. Comunque segnalo l indifferenza del direttore alla segnalazione della problematica. 0 stelle. I'm in the mail right now. Per di più alla richiesta di consegnare un pacco la risposta è "non è un problema mio se devi aspettare 300 persone, funziona così". Veramente scandaloso. Service to say the least outrageous.
