STCPA00002000496727, dopo circa 15 giorni cominciavo a chiamare tutti i giorni trovando disponibili operatori dall'Albania che ad ogni chiamata (25 minuti di attesa in media) non riusvivano a dirmi che fine avesse fatto il mio pacco, dopo 2 settimane di solleciti ed ore ed ore perse al telefono, mi viene comunicato che il mio pacco è andato perso... 120€ di profumo, e che la legge prevede un rimborso di 1€ per kg per pacchi dispersi... Praticamente lo stato autorizza corrieri disonesti come i vostri a sottrarre materiale di valore ai clienti per 0,50 cent di rimborso! Complimenti vivissimi per il vostro operato! ???????
 On 10/7/2020 I made a shipment with n. STCPA00002000496727, after about 15 days I started calling every day, finding operators available from Albania who at each call (25 minutes of waiting on average) could not tell me what happened to my package, after 2 weeks of reminders and hours and hours lost on the phone, I am informed that my package has been lost ... 120 € of perfume, and that the law provides for a refund of 1 € per kg for missing packages ... Practically the state authorizes dishonest couriers like yours to steal valuable material from customers for a refund of 0.50 cents! Heartfelt congratulations on your work! ???????
