★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato materiale elettrico tramite Amazon, il materiale ricevuto non era corretto ed abbiamo quindi chiesto correttamente il reso per acquistare l'articolo corretto, che è stato approvato immediatamente.
Sfruttando lo stesso imballaggio, poiché il reso è stato fatto immediatamente all'apertura, spediamo con pacco tracciato.
Dopo mesi non riusciamo ad avere il rimborso dal momento che si sono inventati di aver ricevuto tutt'altro materiale.
STATE ATTENTI, questa è truffa. La nostra parola contro la loro, ma così si sono intascati svariate centinaia di euro.
We purchased electrical material through Amazon, the material received was incorrect and we therefore correctly requested the return to purchase the correct item, which was immediately approved.
Using the same packaging, since the return was made immediately upon opening, we ship with a tracked package.
After months, we are unable to get a refund since they made up their minds that they had received quite a different material.
BEWARE, this is scam. Our word against theirs, but so they pocketed several hundred euros.

Ho acquistato diverse batterie ed inverter che erano introvabili per degli impianti fotovoltaici che dovevamo installare urgentemente.
Ci siamo messi in contatto con l'assistenza del sito che ha contattato a sua volta il fornitore (Peimar e Abb nel mio caso) dandoci tempistica e addirittura uno sconto visto l'ordine abbastanza importante.
L'ordine non solo ci è arrivato 10 giorni prima della tempistica dichiarata dall'assistenza ma con un imballo impeccabile e ricevuto in meno di 24h dalla partenza.
Consiglio vivamente questo sito per la professionalità e l'efficienza che hanno dimostrato in questo ordine e continuerò a fare acquisti sicuramente in futuro.

I bought several batteries and inverters that were unavailable for photovoltaic systems that we had to urgently install.
We got in touch with the assistance of the site who in turn contacted the supplier (Peimar and Abb in my case) giving us timing and even a discount given the quite important order.
The order not only arrived 10 days before the deadline declared by the assistance but with impeccable packaging and received in less than 24 hours from departure.
I highly recommend this site for the professionalism and efficiency they have shown in this order and will definitely continue shopping in the future.
