M	Mimmo Mango on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Palestrina per mia figlia di 4 mesi...dopo nemmeno due mesi improvvisamente ha smesso di funzionare.Dopo aver contattato per l'assistenza mi è stato in primis chiesto se avessi cambiato le pile,e già questo mi è parso ironico,in quanto è ovvio che le pile si cambiano e anche spesso quando parliamo di giochi per bambini.Dopo aver risposto che appunto ovviamente l'avevo fatto,silenzio per due giorni...mia moglie sollecita e la risposta è uno scortese invito a nn contattare oltremodo ma di attendere la loro risposta...infine ciliegina sulla torta...ci viene detto che non c'è garanzia per oggetti usati impropriamente,smontati o che hanno subito incidenti...facendo illazioni per nascondere la realtà dei fatti...la mediocrità del prodotto...perché noi siamo persone serie e se davvero avessimo fatto uso improprio o smontato o altro,non avremmo chiamato assistenza.Il prodotto è difettoso ma è stato sminuito questo dettaglio attribuendo a noi la colpa di un malfunzionamento.Poca serietà e zero professionalità. Non sono mai arrivati a destinazione, o meglio secondo quanto scritto sul link di tracciabilita dei colli, il corriere non trovava mai l indirizzo del destinatario.... ho provato a contattarli per telefono e con mail direttamente dal sito di vendita..ma nessuna risposta. Girato tutto all'associazione dei consumatori, consiglio di stare alla larga. Personalmente ritengo che il paravento acquistato, raffigurante una antica libreria, avrebbe reso un perfetto effetto tromp l'oeil se l'altezza dei libri fosse stata almeno dimezzata. Cmq 5 stelle a pieno. Mauro Professionalism and speed in the delivery of the purchase. Exceptional product for quality and colors. Personally I believe that the screen purchased, depicting an ancient bookcase, would have made a perfect tromp l'oeil effect if the height of the books had been at least halved. Ho scritto al venditore inviandogli le foto richieste. Il venditore mi ha proposto un rimborso di 8 euro perché mi tenessi l'articolo rotto, proposta da me rifiutata. Mi ha successivamente proposto un rimborso di 15 euro da me rifiutati. Ho spedito al mittente il collo con la promessa di un rimborso totale, rimborso che è arrivato solo settimane dopo e solo dietro mia minaccia di rivolgermi al legale. Tutto regolare ..la spedizione risulta in transito quando il 23 sera per caso leggo le mail e vedo che il mio ordine è stato annullato senza che nessuno si preoccupasse di avvisarmi. Groupon declina la responsabilità all.azienda anche se non lo ritengo totalmente giusto ma spero capirete che parte del mio natale è stato rovinato dall assenza del regalo per mio figlio senza che nessuno si preoccupasse neanche di avvisare.
