Impasto leggerissimo, ben lievitato, cottura perfetta, il ripieno fritto classico fatto da Dio, senza olio grondante, nessuna bruciatura né sopra, né sotto (quanto odio la pizza bruciata sotto!) Le pizze, ingredienti più che eccellenti... E questo è solo una rapida descrizione dei sapori che mi ricordano la mia infanzia, na pizza a mestiere. Non da sottovalutare poi la cordialità e la cortesia della signora alla cassa, del pizzaiolo e del ragazzo al forno. Tempi di attesa minimi nonostante il locale pieno. Veramente grazie di esistere Just got off from Siena I felt the need to go to this pizzeria and take 4 pizzas on the fly, two daisies, mimosa and nu cazone (we were four, eh). Very light dough, well leavened, perfect cooking, the classic fried filling made by God, without oil dripping, no burning either above, nor below (how much I hate the burnt pizza underneath!) The pizzas, more than excellent ingredients ... And this is just a quick description of the flavors that remind me of my childhood, a pizza to trade. Not to be underestimated then the friendliness and courtesy of the lady at the cash desk, the pizza chef and the baked boy. Minimum waiting times despite the full room. Really thank you for existing

Ottima pizza, impasto non pesante e ben cotto. È piaciuta anche a tutti igli ospiti che l'hanno mangiata insieme a noi. Consigliata. We have tried many pizzerias in the area but our favorite is this.
