β β β β β Peccato non si possano dare 0 stelle. Pacco in consegna da giorni, li contatti e ti prendono in giro dicendo di attendere il giro consegne...Ovviamente il pacco non arriva! Assurdo! Meglio Poste Italiane!
 Too bad you can't give 0 stars. Parcel delivery for days, contact them and they make fun of you saying to wait for the delivery round ... Obviously the parcel does not arrive! Absurd! Better Italian Post Office!

β β β β β Poco seri e precisi dicono di chiamarti per consegnare il pacco ma non fanno... e non ripassano perchΓ© dicono che il giorno delle consegne per quella zona saranno effettuate in altri giorni della settimana. Poi vieni a sapere che stanno consegnando posta a 10 minuti da casa tua. Un vero schifo!
Not very serious and precise they say to call you to deliver the package but they don't ... and they don't come back because they say that the day of deliveries for that area will be made on other days of the week. Then you learn that they are delivering mail 10 minutes from your home. A real crap!

β β β β β Pessima esperienza il pacco da 15 giorni risultava in consegna. Li contatto telefonicamente e mi dicono che e stato rimandato indietro per mancata giacenza senza lasciarmi un avviso comunque dopo 10 minuti dalla telefonata mi Γ¨ arrivato il pacco. Azienda poco seria che non sa cosa fanno i pacchi. Vi consiglio quando acquistate da qualsiasi piattaforma di chiedere di non spedire con questa azienda se non volete brutte esperienze.
Bad experience the 15-day package resulted in delivery. I contacted them by phone and they told me that it was sent back for lack of stock without leaving me a notice anyway after 10 minutes from the call the package arrived. A little serious company that doesn't know what parcels do. I advise you when buying from any platform to ask not to ship with this company if you don't want bad experiences.

β β β β β Vergogna! Un pacco della Panini doveva essermi consegnato da questa Sailpost. Dopo settimane scopro che il loro sito lo riporta consegnato, ovviamente cosa non vera! Chiedo spiegazioni e mi dicono che la colpa Γ¨ della Panini: il contatto tra loro non prevede avviso di consegna, di giacenza e addirittura firma di consegna! Dulcis in fundo, manco pensasse che io scendessi dalla montagna, un responsabile al telefono mi dice che "il pacco Γ¨ stato messo dal corriere SULLA cassetta postale e se n'Γ¨ andato. Vergogna! Chiudete, fateci un favore!
Shame! A Panini package must have been delivered to me by this Sailpost. After weeks I discover that their site is reporting it delivered, obviously not true! I ask for explanations and they tell me that the fault lies with Panini: the contact between them does not include a delivery notice, an inventory notice and even a delivery signature!
