F	Francesco Pandolfo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace mettere un voto basso dato che "alla fine" il prodotto richiesto è arrivato ed è perfettamente funzionante, il problema sono i due mesi di attesa (65 giorni per l'esattezza) quando doveva trascorrere solo una settimana in base alle vostre indicazioni.... due mesi di "si si la scheda è ordinata e sta arrivando" quando invece non era vero... perché mentire?? perché illudere il cliente che vi ha posto fiducia ed ha pagato regolarmente?? eppure avete il centralino, rispondete sempre e siete cordiali... boh... ancora oggi non capisco quale sia stato i problema. Forse la mail che dovevo mandare dopo il pagamento su PayPal che non mandai perché per whatsapp mi avevate detto che era tutto apposto? come se il tracciamento su PayPal non fosse già una garanzia.. mail che solo dopo due mesi mi avete detto quale doveva essere, così alla fine l'ordine è potuto partire... dirlo prima no?? ma quello che non accetto di più in assoluto è la presa in giro, giusto per accontentare il cliente... Spero in una risposta da parte vostra su questi "perché"...
