Spesso ma non sempre si trova una signora di nome Rosy... gentile, disponibile e preparata che ci tiene a risolvere i problemi degli utenti. Mi ha consigliato pure l'app specifica delle "poste italiane" sul cell e tanti consigli per sfruttare al meglio i servizi e le potenzialità delle poste italiane. Complimenti ai dipendenti tutti e alla brava signora Rosy. Buon lavoro!
