★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per informazioni sulla domanda per gli assegni fam... mi risponde una signora quasi scocciata..ho chiuso la chiamata chiedendo scusa del disturbo e ci avrei anche aggiunto un "complimenti per la gentilezza"..mi sono rivolta ad un altro ufficio che sicuramente merita di piu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza sgradevole, e maleducati, tempi di attesa eterni.... se chiedi il cud della disoccupazione un anno lo fanno l'anno dopo no!!
E dicono che devi arrangiarti su internet!!
In certi casi trovi qualcuno di disponibile, in altri ti rispondono che devi arrangiarti...
E dire che dovrebbero essere proprio loro ad aiutare e seguire, e consigliare gli operai,
Ricordo a questo caf i servizi che dovrebbe erogare:
I CAF devono aver ottenuto l'autorizzazione all'iscrizione all'albo nazionale dei CAF tenuto presso il Ministero delle Finanze.
Essi si possono suddividere in due grandi classi:
CAF lavoratori dipendenti: dedicati all'assistenza fiscale per i lavoratori dipendenti.
I servizi più significativi svolti attualmente dai CAF sono la compilazione del modello 730, delle dichiarazioni fiscali di ogni genere, del modello RED, del modello ISEE, del modello ISEU, per concludersi con la trasmissione telematica dei modelli compilati, o precompilati dai contribuenti, attraverso il canale ENTRATEL. Con tali adempimenti, il CAF attraverso il suo RAF (responsabile assistenza fiscale) si sostituisce al contribuente nella responsabilità di compilazione e trasmissione telematica.

Potete vergognarvi e vi consiglio di cambiare mestiere,andate a lavorare sul serio e poi trovatevi nella situazione di un vero lavoratore per poi capire cosa significa stare dall altra parte,bravi,la sera quando tornate a casa e guardate i vostri figli fatevi un esame di coscienza,io mi sentirei una persona senza dignità!!Applauso!!!
