★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very good, but in the bathroom there's no exhaust fan and in the bedroom there are no plugs to charge electric devices (e.g. mobiles): I had to unplug the lamp.
WiFi is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps not that appealing building from the outside but the interior is very welcoming! With a charm of old classical hotels. The lobby and nearby restaurant are full of rustic furniture. Also the rooms but with a different style in darker colors and with a nice decoration in form of blue curtains and part of beddings. The best thing is the fantastic view to the lake! Bathroom is big enough, also the rooms are spacious. And breakfast is extremly good with lots of food coming from local producers. The personnel is attentive, speaking good English and German.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer war riesig, Bett war bequem, sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Restaurant nebenan, Lage ist wunderschoen, Hunde erlaubt, Foen im Badezimmer recht stark, super Preis!
Im Badezimmer gab es ein paar fleckige Stellen.
kein Abfalleimer im Zimmer, nur ein kleines im Badezimmer.
Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem zum Sitzen.
Ein bisschen hellhoerig - Vibration des Handys vom Zimmernachbarn nachts gehoert, danach das Gespraech auch etwas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic accommodation, old furniture, dirty linen and poor breakfast. Service at check in has been friendly. The rooms are OK, but pretty basic and equipped with old furniture. The bed linen has been dirty. Breakfast options are typical for Italy, with many soft breads, cakes, cheese and ham but the juices all smelled and tasted strange. Would not go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and professional staff. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast is amazing. However, internet and TV didn't work room 103. Bathroom did not have a vent and previous guest's hair was visible on the floor. The room faced the street so it was noisy even with the shutters down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m doubting the “four stars” hotel. The room and especially the bathroom were very dirty everywhere there was dust even on the pillow, in the bathtub. The shower was partly rusty and the shower door was broken and kept going off its hinges. In addition, hair was found in the bathroom, and the bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel every metallic spring in your back and I couldn't sleep well. They used two different mattresses in size and type for the bed. Please fix that elevator! It has a creepy sound that makes you feel that it is going to fall. I cannot complain about the amazing view and the room size.
