Una cucina che privilegia le materie prime e le tradizioni del territorio, ma che sa anche innovare. Per esempio, la battuta di Fassona cruda è una prelibatezza ineguagliabile che da sola giustificherebbe il viaggio. Ma tutti gli antipasti, i bis di primi, i bis di secondi e di dessert che compongono il tipico menù di degustazione rappresentano un percorso che lascia pienamente soddisfatti e desiderosi di tornare. Una cantina ben fornita, con prevalenza di vini rossi piemontesi ma più ampia geograficamente sul fronte dei bianchi, con ricarichi onestissimi è solo la ciliegina sulla torta. Un luogo prezioso. Per passare dei momenti immersi nella tranquillità è consigliatissimo. We went there for Easter Monday lunch, we ate very well, everything was plentiful.
