★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non riesco a capire come un direttore cosi incompetente, arrogante e maleducato possa dirigere questa posta. Mi informero su come e dove fare un esposto ufficiale xke nn merita d stare lì dov è. Non è informato su nulla,nessuna competenza e fra l altro ha l arroganza e la presunzione di sentirsi il "professore" di turno.so ke molti la pensano come me e li invito a far qualcosa affinché questo schifo finisca. Si permette anke d parlare in malo modo e sopratutto alle donne (chissa xke) ke nn possono difendersi come dovrebbero in questi casi,sfidandole anke. Io sn rimasta senza parole. 3 volte c sn andata e 3 volte ha avuto brutte discussioni cn tutti... La maleducazione nn è tollerata nella sua posizione,ma l incompetenza su quella che dovrebbe essere la sua materia non è proprio accettabile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Va bene che non c'è l'eliminacoda e questo causa un po di disagio, però é da elogiare la pazienza degli operatori per poter soddisfare le molteplici richieste dell'utenza. Vorrei vedere quanti, al posto loro, sarebbero più capaci.

La motivazione è che ci vuole la stessa bolla stampata su un foglio; cosa che mi era stata detta già per un reso precedente e che io, fidandomi, avevo fatto. Stavolta invece ho voluto provare un'altra filiale e, guarda un po', non ci sono stati problemi: l'addetto allo sportello ha subito passato il lettore sul codice a barre del pacco e mi ha servito in un minuto. Ho un amico che è direttore alle poste e giustamente mi dice: "Il problema è che il 27 di ogni mese lo stipendio lo prendiamo tutti indistintamente".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizzazione non pervenuta. Prendo appuntamento 10 giorni fa per parlare con una consulente, mi presento all'appuntamento e nessuno ne sa nulla. Il direttore si giustifica dicendo che il consulente è autonomo, che non dipende da lui, morale della favola io e mia moglie abbiamo preso un giorno di ferie per non concludere nulla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto la fila, molto più lunga del solito visto che a causa del covid aprono tre giorni su cinque, l'addetto rifiuta di farmi accedere al servizio perché il pacco è eccessivamente grande per quell'ufficio postale. Se è così, scrivetelo fuori, così uno non aspetta invano!
After queuing, much longer than usual since due to the covid they open three days out of five, the clerk refuses to let me access the service because the package is too big for that post office. If so, write it out so one doesn't wait in vain!
