★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La proprietaria si dovrebbe dare una bella calmata, sicuramente una valeriana o qualcosa del genere le farebbe bene per distendere i nervi.... è irascibile e intollerante cadendo sulla scortesia...bisogna essere cortesi disponibili ed educati chi porge un servizio dietro al banco.

La farmacista che mi ha servito ha questionato sulle mie richieste ed ha concluso il discorso dando la colpa al caldo, al momento del pagamento presento il bancomat e sbuffando mi chiede se non ho contanti, visto "l'importo ridicolo" e non mi è nemmeno stato richiesto il codice fiscale per la detrazione. Se mancano educazione, rispetto e saper ascoltare il cliente, allora sarebbe opportuno cambiare lavoro.
