โ โ โ โ โ Mi sono recata stamattina in questa farmacia per acquistare un farmaco.
Ho gentilmente chiesto al commesso di poter avere lo sconto sul farmaco. Sono stata derisa e trattata in malo modo da questo soggetto che ha provveduto a prendermi in giro alzando immediatamente il tono della voce in modo da farsi sentire da tutti gli altri clienti!
Premettendo che sono un'Italiana residente all'estero, quindi non aggiornata sulla normativa vigente, non credo di aver offeso questa persona per ricevere un trattamento del genere! Veramente cafone e non professionale!
Solo a messina si possono tollerare comportamenti del genere.
Sicuramente non metterรฒ piรน piede in questa farmacia!
I went to this pharmacy this morning to buy a drug.
I kindly asked the clerk to have the discount on the drug. I was mocked and treated badly by this subject who proceeded to make fun of me by raising the tone of his voice immediately so as to be heard by all the other customers!
Assuming that I am an Italian living abroad, therefore not updated on current legislation, I do not think I have offended this person for receiving such treatment! Really boorish and unprofessional!
Only in Messina can such behavior be tolerated.
I will certainly never set foot in this pharmacy again!
