★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un esperienza vergognosa: ho comprato una pomata ma dopo un ora mi accorgo che quel determinato farmaco ne possedevo già una confezione e pertanto decisi di riportarlo per farmelo rimborsare . La dottoressa non era propensa a rimborsarmi i soldi ma dopo averle fatto pressione, perché così mi era stato detto per telefono che mi era consentito il rimborso , si è trovata costretta a farlo . Non appena mi lascia il denaro si gira e borbotta con me presente pensando di non essere ascoltata parlando con una sua collega : "prima si comprano le cose e poi le rivogliono indietro" e a quel punto le replico che esiste il diritto di recesso . Questo succede quando a lavorare ci vanno persone poco professionali .
A shameful experience: I bought an ointment but after an hour I realize that that particular drug I already had a pack and therefore I decided to bring it back to have it refunded. The doctor was not inclined to refund my money but after putting pressure on her, because I was told over the phone that I was allowed to refund, she found herself forced to do so. As soon as she leaves me the money she turns and mumbles to me present, thinking she is not being heard talking to a colleague of hers: "first they buy things and then they want them back" and at that point I reply that there is a right of withdrawal. This happens when unprofessional people go to work.
