Un'abitudine abbastanza diffusa quella di non conoscere le regole della customer satisfaction ( empatia, sorriso, cortesia ). Al banco farmacista che ti serve stizzita, quasi infastidita. Di farmacie ce ne sono molte se non curi questo must, perdi clienti. I highly recommend knowing how to relate to customers. Di farmacie ce ne sono molte se non curi questo must, perdi clienti. Inoltre ,diverse volte (per errore o meno,non saprei) mi è capitato di “usufruire” della promozione ‘PRENDI UNO PAGHI DUE’ . Farmacia molto attiva sulla promozione di altre attività.
