★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'abitudine abbastanza diffusa quella di non conoscere le regole della customer satisfaction ( empatia, sorriso, cortesia ,ma non solo). Al banco farmacista che ti serve stizzita, quasi infastidita. Di farmacie ce ne sono molte se non curi questo must, perdi clienti. Inoltre ,diverse volte (per errore o meno,non saprei) mi è capitato di “usufruire” della promozione ‘PRENDI UNO PAGHI DUE’ . Conclusione, l’ennesimo cliente perso. Amen
A fairly common habit is not knowing the rules of customer satisfaction (empathy, smile, courtesy, but not only). At the pharmacist counter serving you angry, almost annoyed. There are many pharmacies if you don't take care of this must, you lose customers. Furthermore, several times (by mistake or not, I don't know) I happened to "take advantage" of the 'GET ONE PAY TWO' promotion. Conclusion, yet another lost customer. Amen

Già allora lo staff era semplicemente fantastico.
Oggi si presenta come la farmacia più "bella" tra quelle di mia conoscenza.
Many years ago, I did my internship.
Even back then the staff were simply fantastic.
Today it presents itself as the most "beautiful" pharmacy among those I know.
