G	Giuseppe Carbone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il laboratorio si trova all'interno di un centro commerciale. Entrando dal parcheggio interrato non vi è alcuna insegna. Ma la cosa peggiore è che se chiami la segreteria ti dice chiaramente che sono aperti dalle 7,30.... Esattamente come riportato anche online. Ci siamo recati li alle ore 7 e in realtà non aprono prima delle 8. Questa cosa è inaccettabile. Gente che aspetta fuori in attesa che si decidano ad aprire. Siamo in Italia siamo in Sicilia, e aggiungo siamo a Messina... The laboratory is located inside a shopping center. Entering from the underground parking there is no sign. But the worst thing is that if you call the secretariat it tells you clearly that they are open from 7.30 .... Exactly as reported also online. We went there at 7 and they don't actually open until 8. This is unacceptable. People waiting outside waiting for them to decide to open. We are in Italy we are in Sicily, and I add we are in Messina ...

Se le critiche sono costruttive...bisogna farne tesoro e migliorare..ed è proprio questo che si è fatto!!! Obbiettivo raggiunto?? The service has improved in all areas ... Per gli orari sbagliati, come dicevano loro, sono arrivato lì alle 17(orario ipotetico di apertura) ma la signorina mi guarda con meraviglia e mi dice: "nooo assolutamente, adesso non facciamo nulla!!!" Allora le rispondo: "mi scusi allora perché fuori e su internet c'è scritto così?!" Mi risponde lei: "ripeto, adesso non facciamo nulla". Mah... Bad experience. S	SusyBet 2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'attenzione dell'accettazione del mattino e pomeriggio molto scarza... si deve avere paura di chiedere qualcosa perché rispondono subito male e anche al telefono non vogliono inviare i risultati degli analisi per email dicendo di essere troppi impegnati e di passare a retirargli di persona... non mi sembra che inviare una email sia più impegnativao di stampare e consegnare a mano... 3 giorni che lo chiedo e ancor aspetto.
