C	Concetta Giordano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allo sportello cortesi e molto operativi.Il direttore attento,preparato e disponibile è riuscito a risolvere un problema che "trascinavo"da giorni e che né i call center né altri uffici postali erano riusciti a risolvere Courteous and very operational at the counter. A	Alessandra Zweisamkeit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, ho atteso 30 minuti, facendo la fila per sentirmi dire di tornare il giorno seguente perché l'ufficio postale era in chiusura, maleducazione sia dei dipendenti che non vogliono lavorare, sia di alcuni clienti, amici dei dipendenti che con prepotenza non rispettano la fila, la conclusione è stata che non ho potuto effettuare alcuna operazione, nonostante mancassero ancora 15 minuti prima della chiusura,dopo aver perso 30 minuti del mio tempo inutilmente. Bravi continuate così. N	Nino La Fauci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo comunicare al responsabile delle poste italiane che la posta di Ganzziri ogni giorno chiude sicuramente i terminali prima del dovuto sono stato alle 13:05 Per ben tre volte il personale mi risp che non hanno la linea guasta consiglio di prendere provvedimenti al più presto come me tante altre persone .Volevo chiedere visto che io tutti i giorni lavoro fino alle 13:00 per usufruire del servizio postale nella zona come devo fare? Cortesia 0 Disponibilità 0 Professionalità 0 Sempre irritati a causa delle molte persone, già alle 13.00 si arrabbiano e disprezzano la gente che osa varcare la soglia della porta. I sistemi sono inspiegabilmente SEMPRE BLOCCATI, l'accesso internet ai clienti è negato. A mio parere ,non sembrano aver tanta voglia di lavorare. Allora,perché non lasciano il posto a chi farebbe d tutto x averlo???? Consiglio~ Meglio fare un po' di strada in più e andare nella posta del paese vicino , sperando che almeno lì, cortesia ,professionalità, disponibilità, siano di casa. A.B.
