★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff, makes the difference. Bought a few Tumi products in the past years. Actually I wouldn’t be a Tumi customer without this store. After the lockdown I was happy to meet them again as the store reopened. Just went to say hello… and got a small spare part my bag they spotted had been missing for a long time… for free.
