★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with my wife we had sales person Simona she was very pushy sales and friendly we spend over €1,000 thousand Euro my wife never got one of the Aramni dress she tried on and all but one clothes were wrong size
We left Rome in morning flight did not have time go there to complain and Exchange
We feel betrayed scammed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopped here recently with my daughter. Sales lady seemed nice AT FIRST making suggestions. But she really wasn’t listening. I felt like she was pulling last years wears out which I don’t mind but the price should be reflective. Sales lady Simona was super pushy and nice until we didn’t buy her suggestions. Things didn’t fit great but she was insisting they did. So that left a bad taste in my mouth. I plan to return to Rome soon but will skip Outlet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unpleasant experience. No prices indicated and prices are made according to the clients’ face. Pushy sellers, friendly at first, then rude when you want to choose what you buy. You have to negotiate the prices. Won’t come back even though I live in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I entered the store with the expectation of genuine items as advertised on their signage. After comparing the bags that my friend and I both purchased of the same brand, Love Moschino, they are NOT genuine.
Inconsistent stitching
Uneven laser cuts
Rough zipper pulls
Overpowering plastic smell inside
Uneven letter spacing of the primary MOSCHINO label
The bag was packed with paper and was difficult to inspect in the store. This is unacceptable, especially considering the reputable label stores on the same street.
