★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The places is the real authentic Italian place to get a panini. The prices are hard to figure out, but you gone pay max. 10 euros for a panini and a beer.
It's really incredible how places like this still exist in a city so full of turistic places.
If you like fancy places or you're pretancios, I don't recommend you go there.

I got a porchetta with spicy salami. Surprisingly filling even though it did look like it.
After eating a sandwich and went down and grabbed a beer down the street.
I highly recommend this and then beer.
