Questo negozio ha fregato il mio fidanzato quando lui era entrato per farmi un regalo. Ha trovato un paio che gli piaceva, ha chiesto il mio numero ma visto che era terminato gli é stato risposto che quella determinara scarpa calzasse una misura in più. Ovviamente siamo ritornati per cambiarle perché erano troppo larghe. Non ho trovato nessuna scarpa nella mia misura di mio gradimento. Ho domandato la possibilità di poter ricevere un buono per poter tornare magari successivamente con l'arrivo della stagione autunnale ma ciò mi è stato negato. Per non perdere i soldi abbiamo dovuto prendere una scarpa anche se non l'avrei mai presa se non fosse per questa situazione...
Peccato che oggi si pensa solo ai soldi e non al servizio...

This shop cheated my boyfriend when he came in to give me a gift. He found a couple he liked, he asked for my number, but since it was finished he was told that that particular shoe would fit an extra size. Obviously we came back to change them because they were too wide. I did not find any shoes to my liking. I asked for the possibility of being able to receive a voucher to be able to return perhaps later with the arrival of the autumn season but this was denied to me. In order not to lose the money we had to take a shoe even if I would never have taken it if it were not for this situation ...
Too bad that today we think only of money and not of service ...
