★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent cooking class! Learned a lot about truffles and making pasta. The menu changes seasonally. Great English translator for non-Italian speakers. Once you book the class, they will email you to confirm your reservation to ensure that there are no dietary restrictions and any questions. The class will be at a residential area so don’t be alarmed.
***Note: Eat a light lunch early or just have breakfast because it’s a lot of food. They will have wine, meat, and bread plate for you before the class starts too.***
