★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi presento alle ore 9:55 all'ingresso per un prelievo e mi mandano via dicendomi che l'orario è fino alle 10 ma che comunque bisogna presentarsi almeno 15 minuti prima. Pessimi!
 I show up at 9:55 at the entrance for a pick-up and they send me away telling me that the time is up to 10 but that in any case you have to show up at least 15 minutes before. Bad!
