mi è piaciuto in particolare l'assaggio di zenzero candito alla fine, anche se non era previsto.
 quiet evening, cheerful atmosphere. the courses were varied and above all original.
I especially liked the taste of candied ginger at the end, although it was not expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I visited Francesca at the beginning of October to learn how to make classic Italian food.
We learnt how to make spinach and ricotta ravioli, traditional Bolognese sauce with fettuccine and Tiramisu. We had a fantastic time - Francesca was very patient, made us feel very welcome and explained all the aspects of pasta making thoroughly.
Then we enjoyed the three course meal we had helped prepare, along with some handpicked wines to suit each course.
This is a must when visiting Rome if you want to learn how to make pasta! Highly recommended.
