★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is really good (5 /5 for the "New York burger" and the "Ferro e Ghisa" salad) and the atmosphere is nice. Unfortunatelly the service is slow and very chaotical (several waiters asking for the same questions at one table; in the end they forgot to bring one of the main dishes - at a table of just 2 persons).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While this may be a steakhouse, their first courses are amazing. Try the clams as a starter; wonderful clams, mussels and other bivalves bathed in garlic, wine and butter and stock. The carbonate cacio e pepe is amazing, as is the pappardelle with truffle oil and walnuts.

When the food was served, I just thought to myself , wow, this is decent presentation.
Therafter, after the first bite of the dish, the umami flavor with the right combinations of sweet, salty, and the consistency of the risotto are just delicious.
Although, some roasting of the almond could enhance the crisp of it. To add some more distinctive and smokey flavor to the dish. Giving it some more variation into the plate.
The shrimps were a bit too dry as well.
Otherwise, the portion served was just the right amount, not overly too little or too much since the taste of the food might be a bit overwhelming. The combinations of the ingridients used are just on the right places.
