★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience for a rainy day in Rome. Chef Matteo was interesting, professional and patient. We made ravioli, eggplant parmigiana and cacio de Pepe. Would definitely recommend for families, girls night out or team building events! Thanks again Chef Matteo!

He made cooking simple besides being delicious. It was a most enjoyable day. When in Rome again, we will book another class with Matteo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our experience in rome cooking traditional dishes with Matteo. We learnt new techniques - simple but what a difference they make to the taste of the dishes. Matteo is passionate about what he does and everything was easy to follow. It was a very relaxed and casual environment. Don’t eat before you go- there is an abundance of food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a single mom. I just took my 12 year old kids to Europe. We did 10 activities in 10 days. One Day Chef was by far our favorite. Matteo, the owner helped guide us through make pasta from scratch. We used it to make 2 dishes. A ravioli with a tomato sauce that we started with fresh tomatoes, a noodle with cheese sauce and tiramisu for dessert. Each of us had our own kitchen work area. It was an amazing adventure. Coming home we have recreated the dishes at a dinner party. We were able to make it again. Awesome !!
