If there is a washing machine and other things then ... What can I do..? Want to buy another one for 50% discount? An idea of an worst idiot???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never shop at Trony again. Horrible experience with the mobile phones department, when months old Xiaomi MI A2 64GB stopped working, in March 2019. "Maicol" first claimed no warranty repair possible unless original paper copy of receipt presented, eventually and only after being presented with copies of relevant EU and Italian law accepted photo of receipt as evidence of purchase. They sent away for warranty fix but after months were unable to repair so finally in OCTOBER (7 MONTHS LATER) authorized substitution of a new phone. Showing up at the store, was offered an opened demo model instead of newly packaged one. Was told they had no unopened 64GB models (because it was an older model now?), so accepted an unopened 32GB version just to get out of the store.
