★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there several times in the last twelve years. More than once the personnel has been quite unfriendly, or even rude. In particular, during October 2018, I needed to urgently buy a hedge trimmer because mine broke and I needed to finish trimming the next day. We entered the store at 7.30 PM, it was Saturday: they close at 8, so we knew we were late but this doesn't allow personnel to treat customers rudely. We were served by a guy who treated us so unkindly that we were leaving without buying the machine (100 Euros). If it so difficult to serve clients in a decent way until 8.00PM, please avoid and close earlier! Thanks.
