HO COMPRATO LE STRISCE REATTIVE.(32 EURO) CHI LAVORA DI PIU' IN QUEL POSTO E' LA MACCHINETTA DEL CAFFE'. SPERO CHE LUNEDI O MARTEDI AL MASSIMO MI DIANO QUELLO CHE MI SPETTA DI DIRITTO BONTA' LORO.. TODAY IS NOVEMBER 29, 2019. I AM WAITING FROM NOVEMBER 25TH, THE AUTHORIZATION IS TO RECEIVE FROM THE PHARMACY THE PRESIDENTS FOR THE CARE OF THE DIABETES .. I HAVE BOUGHT THE REACTIVE STRIPS (32 EURO) WHO WORKS MORE IN THAT PLACE AND 'THE MACHINE SOME COFFEE'. I HOPE THAT ON THE MAXIMUM MONDAY OR TUESDAY, THEY SAY WHAT IS ME OF BONTA 'LORO RIGHT UGO .. Telephone contacts are almost impossible, dozens and dozens of attempts, lines often busy and when they are free they simply do not answer. Whatever depends on the service is totally inadequate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 3 settimane ancora non ho risposta per la scelta del medico di base . Chiamo da 4 giorni nelle due sole ore di orario telefonico disponibile , e nulla , occupato SEMPRE . Sarò alla 120 esima chiamata in 3 giorni ma nulla , fate un po' voi .
After 3 weeks I still have no answer for the choice of the general practitioner. I have been calling for 4 days in the only two hours of telephone time available, and nothing, ALWAYS busy. I will be on the 120th call in 3 days but nothing, you do a little.

Ho richiesto il cambio medico via email da 20 giorni e non ho avuto ricevuto alcuna risposta, il telefono squilla costantemente a vuoto.
Vorrei sapere cosa fanno in quell'ufficio...
If they could give 0 stars for the service I would.
