Personale maleducato, non in grado di dare assistenza, attese lunghe. Alla fine ho acquistato altrove il mio iPhone 13, non ci metterò più piede perché non ho tempo da perdere e sinceramente andare in un posto in cui il cliente non viene trattato con educazione non mi pare proprio il caso. Personale che non sa nulla, ti chiedono il green pass all'ingresso (ridicolo e inutile) poi c'è una polvere assurda. Ho guardato i box viaggi e ho dovuto rimetterli subito a posto perchè erano sporchi oltre misura. Invece di chiedere un documento che sta come il formaggio sul pesce consiglio di pulire Shop that disappoints me every time and where I will never go again. Sono più di otto anni che faccio acquisti in questo posto, però con esperienza di oggi non vorrei più tornare e anche consigliare a altri persone. Un mese fa ho acquistato un cellulare fin ora tutto ok, ieri sera non andava più, iera una problema di sistema Android. Si capita, cellulare e in garanzia mi presento in negozio li faccio presente e poi inizia il spettacolo :poi andare da avvocato deve aspettare 3 settimane di riparazione senza cellulare e etc.Dopo che hanno visto che le persone d'avanti non sono proprio "alla antica",dopo 10 min che siamo usciti mi hanno contattato per venire a prendere il cellulare perché l'hanno aggiustato. Mi domando:Ma è possibile lavorare così? Metterei anche zero stelle. Le persone molto, ma molto maleducate. My experience with this place has gone very badly. Tra Natale e capodanno sono passato in negozio per acquistare un TV 40” della TLC con prezzo di partenza 379€ con offerta del 13 % (329€), ripasso il giorno 6 gennaio e l’offerta è scesa all’11%. Il problema non è la percentuale dell’offerta ma l’aumento del prezzo di partenza di ben 50€ (+13%) quindi 429€ prezzo finale 379€). Aggiungo la rottamazione e lo pago 303,66. Ma non è finita il TV che mi è stato consegnato era L’ULTIMO RIMASTO IN ESPOSIZIONIE (l’ho dovuto portatore a casa per questione di tempo e necessità di persone anziane). Chiedo spiegazioni alla vice direttrice e (non voglio parlare di arie e di umiltà!!!) per lei è tutto rigorosamente normale!!!? Contatto l’Unieuro di Varese e il prezzo di partenza per il TV imballato è 300€ senza contare la rottamazione ??‍♂️. Sui cartellini del prezzo ci sono le date “delle offerte” - “solo fino al 31 dicembre 379 -13% 329, poi dall’1 al 15 gennaio 429 -11% 379!!! Menomale che siamo anche in periodi di saldi!
