i	i pazzerelli brunelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimo periodo si stanno rivelando pessimi. da anni mi servo e adesso ....non mi trovo più sia come tempistiche che come lenti a contatto ...le hanno sempre avute ,l'ultimo periodo vanno ordinate il xchè non lo so .poi insistono x farti comprare altre marche che alla fine non usi xchè non ti trovi.. ci sono altri negozi! Proprio ieri ho voluto provare le lenti a contatto e devo dire che come sempre mi sono trovata benissimo , mi ha spiegato tutto sulle lenti a contatto Alessandro, devo dire molto gentile e tanto paziente , perché la prima volta mettere le lenti è tutto un programma e invece lui con la sua calma in poco tempo ho imparato !!!! Comunque il personale che sia Alessandro o chiunque ci sia ( non ricordo i nomi altrimenti li avrei scritti tutti ) sono tutti eccellenti e super professionali ….. volete sapere se ve lo consiglio questo negozio di ottica ?!?!?!? ASSOLUTAMENTE SIIIIIIII e scoprirete con i vostri occhi che tutto quello che ho scritto è vero !!!! A proposito ho dimenticato di dirvi , la grande scelta di occhiali sia da sole che da vista e sempre qualcosa di scontato o di offerte le trovate !!!!!!! Conosco la catena e mi sono recata da loro un mese fa per acquistare una carta regalo e successivamente ci siamo stati per ordinare degli occhiali da vista, dopo l’ordine abbiamo precisati che la montatura sia ordinata nuova e non quella da esposizione ma con grande sorpresa dopo una settimana ci scrivono che sono arrivati e scopriamo che la montatura in realtà è proprio quella da esposizione… chiediamo che siano ordinati e aspettiamo altri 15 giorni senza che nessuna chiami e quindi decidiamo di andare e ovviamente scopriamo che sono arrivati ma con la lente che non si adattava all’occhiale… chiediamo spiegazioni ed il Sig. Massimiliano ci liquida in 5 minuti ( perché finito il turno) con un foglio da compilare per richiedere il rimborso ( che arriverà in 15 giorni). Ovviamente non ci andrò mai più e non lo consiglio!!! Bad experience with this shop! I know the chain and I went to them a month ago to buy a gift card and then we went there to order some eyeglasses, after the order we specified that the frame is ordered new and not the display one but with great surprise after a week they write to us that they have arrived and we discover that the frame is actually the one for display ... we ask that they be ordered and we wait another 15 days without anyone calling and then we decide to go and obviously we discover that they have arrived but with the lens that did not fit the glasses ... we ask for explanations and Mr. Massimiliano liquidates us in 5 minutes (because the shift is over) with a sheet to fill in to request a refund (which will arrive in 15 days). Obviously I will never go there again and I don't recommend it !!!
