Oltre 40 minuti di attesa senza nessuna risposta e ripetute chiamate durante la settiamana, ma sempre stessa storia. In situazione di emergenza covid, dove prenotare è essenziale, mi sembra una situazione vergognosa! Over 40 minutes of waiting with no answer and repeated calls during the week, but always the same story. In a covid emergency situation, where booking is essential, it seems to me a shameful situation!
