★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La reception è stata poco chiara in merito a servizi e pagamenti. Siamo stati vittime anche noi del giochetto della camera per disabili di cui si può leggere nelle altre recensioni. La seconda stanza e il bagno che ci sono stati dati erano grandi e confortevoli, ma le lenzuola erano usurate e anti igieniche (non le lenzuola a norma sanitaria da utilizzare secondo normativa) e i cuscini decorativi erano neri di sporco.
Il resto dei servizi sono carenti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è basso. Non consiglio assolutamente la struttura.
 The property did not meet our expectations. The front desk was unclear regarding services and payments. We were also victims of the game of the room for the disabled which can be read in the other reviews. The second room and bathroom we were given were large and comfortable, but the sheets were worn and unsanitary (not the sanitary sheets to be used according to regulations) and the decorative pillows were black with dirt.
The rest of the services are lacking. The price-quality ratio is low. I absolutely do not recommend the structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo b&b ci e' stato consigliato e abbiamo pernottato in occasione del matrimonio del mio migliore amico.
Abbiamo preso tutte le camere per 3 notti e sono tutte grandi e confortevoli ma soprattutto pulite.
La pulizia viene garantita ogni giorno a meno che non la si voglia fatta.
Ci sono tutti i confort e abbiamo gradito la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per girare anche la citta'.
I ragazzi bravissime persone e molto professionali.
Ci hanno concesso anche la parrucchiera in camera visto l' evento.
La colazione a un prezzo conveniente.
Grazie di tutto.

This b & b was recommended to us and we stayed overnight for my best friend's wedding.
We took all the rooms for 3 nights and they are all large and comfortable but most of all clean.
Cleaning is guaranteed every day unless you want to do it.
There are all the comforts and we appreciated the possibility of leaving the luggage to go around the city.
The guys are great people and very professional.
They also granted us the hairdresser in the room given the event.
Breakfast at an affordable price.

Camera grande e pulitissima, ma soprattutto ben riscaldata visto il freddo.
Colazione perfetta.
I proprietari gentilissimi che ci hanno concesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura e girare la bellissima città.
Central structure with parking next to and very close to the famous staircase and several restaurants.
Large and spotless room, but above all well heated due to the cold.
Perfect breakfast.
The very kind owners who allowed us to leave our luggage in the structure and tour the beautiful city.

Negativo: colazione minimo essenziale
Locali vetusti prezzo non in linea con il servizio. Offendersi ed offendere non l'aiuterà a migliorare il livello della sua struttura,una brioche riscaldata un cappuccino e due piccole confezioni di marmellata e Nutella sono ciò che ho definito minimo essenziale, mettere a disposizione degli ospiti acqua succo di frutta fette biscottate e yogurt completerebbero la colazione senza farla andare in rovina. Non ho definito fatiscente o vetusto il suo palazzo storico come lei scrive mai i locali interni dove abbiamo soggiornato ( esterni alla struttura principale) due materassi singoli " vissuti" sopra ad una rete della medesima era, senza il coprimaterasso e con lenzuola consumate dal tempo,non si può definire letto matrimoniale. Il prezzo da noi pagato, 54 euro a notte più i 4 euro di tassa di soggiorno ( spero si sia solo dimenticata di darci la ricevuta visto che abbiamo fatto il check out da soli) la pone in concorrenza con strutture che offrono maggiore comfort. Saluti.

Negative: minimal basic breakfast
Old-fashioned premises not in line with the service. Taking offense and being offended will not help her improve the level of her structure, a heated brioche, a cappuccino and two small packs of jam and Nutella are what I have defined as minimum essential, providing guests with water, fruit juice, rusks and yogurt would complete breakfast without ruining it. I have not defined her historic building as dilapidated or old as she never writes the internal rooms where we stayed (external to the main structure) two single mattresses "lived" on a bed base of the same era, without the mattress cover and with sheets worn by time, It cannot be defined as a double bed. The price we paid, 54 euros per night plus the 4 euros tourist tax (I hope she just forgot to give us the receipt since we checked out alone) puts it in competition with structures that offer greater comfort. Ho prenotato nel b&b Girosa e devo dire che sia io che tutto il gruppo siamo rimasti soddisfatti.
Camere e ambienti puliti e disinfettati visto il periodo covid.
Parcheggio pubblico vicino.
Posizione ideale per girare e con tutto vicino.
Siamo stati bene! Consigliato.
I have just returned from a wonderful vacation in my hometown Caltagirone.
I booked in Girosa b & b and I must say that both me and the whole group were satisfied.
Clean and disinfected rooms and environments given the covid period.
Public parking nearby.
Ideal location for touring and with everything close by.
We have been fine! Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During check-in the host wasn't very hospitable. He was trying to convince us we don't have breakfast included. He should validate it by his own, but I had to download my reservation confirmation to prove him that we have bought the breakfast.
In the next morning it turned out that we are the only one guests at b2b (June 2016). We got very modest breakfast with expired jams.
