★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo udienza a mezzogiorno. Siamo entrati alle 17 e ovviamente il giudice ha rinviato. Sarebbe stato meglio non aspettare invano 5 ore senza far nulla e perdere una giornata inutilmente. Non tutti hanno uno stipendio sicuro tale da far perdere così tanto tempo. Ci vuole rispetto per tutti. A Roma, in un caso del genere, intelligentemente hanno avvisato che sarebbe stata una cosa lunga e ci hanno mandato via dopo un'oretta.
 We had an audience at noon. We went in at 5pm and obviously the judge postponed. It would have been better not to wait in vain for 5 hours without doing anything and losing a day in vain. Not everyone has a safe salary that wastes so much time. It takes respect for everyone. In Rome, in such a case, they intelligently warned that it would be a long thing and they sent us away after an hour.

Case that lasted 10 years, countless judges changed, postponements, entire days lost ... sentence from cheated I find myself paying the scammer !!! Beautiful justice !!! They haven't even read the cards !!!

Prenoto online 2 documenti non urgenti che sarebbero stati pronti dopo 5gg.
Dopo 5gg chiamo per un info prima di recarmi li, visto che abito in un altra città.
Mi dicono sgarbatamente che devo prenotare online la visita.
Spiego che ho fatto la prenotazione documenti..ma loro vogliono un ulteriore prenotazione per la visita.
La prenoto sul sito, richiamo e mi dicono sempre sgarbatamente che se mi presento quel giorno della prenotazione il documento sarà urgente e dovrò pagare il doppio di bolli e mi dicono di andare 5gg dopo la prenotazione....no comment.
Vado dopo 5gg come consigliato, con le mie belle marche da bollo precise. Arrivo e un vigilantes arrogante mi obbliga ad uscire per andare a comprare altre marche da bollo per documento urgente. Aridaje. Il documento l'ho prenotato sul loro sito ormai 2 settimane prima!!!
Compro altre marche da bollo arrivo allo sportello...e mi dicono che le marche in più non servivano, inoltre il mio documento era pronto già da 1 settimana...e tutte le info ricevute erano sbagliate e che i vigilantes si devono fare gli affari loro perchè non sanno le cose....senza parole.
Morale della favola. Le prenotazioni online funzionano ma il personale pessimo, incompetente, arrogante e maleducato.
Ho buttato 2 marche da bollo inutili.
Tanto vale affidarsi a un caf per evitare scocciature, incazzature e perdite di tempo.
Bad.
I book online 2 non-urgent documents that would be ready after 5 days.
After 5 days I call for an info before going there, since I live in another city.
They rudely tell me that I have to book the visit online.
I explain that I have made the reservation documents .. but they want a further reservation for the visit.
I book it on the website, I call it back and they always rudely tell me that if I show up that day of the reservation the document will be urgent and I will have to pay double stamps and they tell me to go 5 days after the reservation .... no comment.
I go after 5 days as recommended, with my beautiful precise revenue stamps. I arrive and an arrogant vigilantes forces me to go out to buy other stamps for an urgent document. Aridaje. I booked the document on their website 2 weeks before !!!
I buy other revenue stamps I arrive at the counter ... and they tell me that the extra stamps were not needed, moreover my document was ready for 1 week ... and all the info received were wrong and that the vigilantes must be done. their business because they don't know things .... speechless.
Moral of the story. Online bookings work but bad, incompetent, arrogant and rude staff.
I threw out 2 useless tax stamps.
We might as well rely on a café to avoid annoyances, pisses and waste of time.
