★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un ricorso personale contro il ministero della Giustizia per un concorso truffa dove erano state commesse gravi illegittimità ebbene avevo richiesto la tutela cautelare e pertanto mi era stata fissata apposita udienza cautelare. In tal sede il presidente del collegio non mi ha fatto proprio parlare dicendomi con tono austero:- avvocato solo un minuto non di più ! Come si fa a striminzire la tutela di diritti importantissimi su una vicenda molto complessa in cosi poco tempo. Ma poi altra sorpresa perchè subito dopo ha concluso l'avvocatura di Stato al quale invece è stato dato tutto il tempo per eccepire le contro difese ed era trattato con sorrisi e sorrisetti . In poche parole nel mio caso sono stati usati due pesi e due misure. Inutile dire che poi in pec il giorno dopo già mi è arrivato il rigetto, giusto 4 righe senza quasi una motivazione. Scandaloso! Penso che oggi un tribunale come il Tar non ha alcun diritto di esistere in quanto non concede alcuna tutela ai deboli ma anzi li schiaccia con prepotenza!

But then another surprise because immediately after he concluded the State Attorney who instead was given all the time to plead the counter defenses and was treated with smiles and smiles. In a nutshell, in my case two weights and two measures were used. Needless to say, then in pec the next day I already got the rejection, just 4 lines without almost a motivation. Scandalous! I think that today a court like the TAR has no right to exist as it does not grant any protection to the weak but rather crushes them with arrogance!

Ho fatto ricorso contro un comune del Lazio il quale Ufficio Tecnico mi ha costretto a pagare per una manutenzione edile il costo di costruzione come se avessi costruito un fabbricato nuovo! Il tar non ha applicato nessuna sospensiva... ha detto intanto paga gli 8000 euro ... poi si vede ... è dal 2014 che aspetto!!!! Che tristezza!!! Che rabbia!!!!
