Nel XXI secolo siamo ancora costretti a metterci in fila segnando su dei foglietti a penna chi arrivato prima chi arrivato dopo per partecipare all'udienza in programma. Poi ci lamentiamo che in questo paese non funziona niente. It is an office truly abandoned to itself. Public administration does not care anyone. Metto 3 stelle perché ho avuto a che fare poco con questo ufficio, però effettivamente ci sono cose che non vanno: orari non rispettati e le attese devono essere fatte in piedi armandosi di molta pazienza. Reviewing an office of the justice of the peace is a bit strange, but when a person has to deal with these places he must warn others. a	alessio di giammarco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un udienza alle ore 11:00 posticipata senza alcuna comunicazione alle 13:30 dello stesso giorno; ebetismo credo che sia il termine appropriato a definire chi ha un evidente handicap a fornire una comunicazione così banale quale il cambio di orario. Nel mio caso, convocato per le 11:30, arrivato alle 11:38, il giudice, sommerso di avvocati di altre cause, mi rimprovera il ritardo dicendomi che la causa è stata rimandata data la mia assenza. Infatti sostiene che dovevo essere li alle 11:00, seppure gli faccio notare che ero stato convocato per le 11:30, come scritto sulla mia convocazione. Mi minaccia di sanzioni alla prossima udienza se non arrivo per tempo. Stiamo veramente messi male, datemi retta!!!! Posto perfetto per i ''furbetti'' che vogliono vincere ricorsi impossibili da vincere. Li diventa davvero possibile vincerli, grazie al caos ed alla disorganizzazione. Volevo complimentarmi con il giudice della causa che mi riguardava: Davvero una persona da evitare, nonostante l'evidenza degli errori organizzativi ed i suoi errori, tra cui iniziare una causa 30 minuti prima della programmazione! g	gy man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presentato ricorso per una multa mai ricevuta, il giorno dell'audizione il giudice mi dice che il ricorso verra' accolto e, infatti, sull'applicazione appositamente scaricata risulta 'accettato'. Dopo circa una settimana scopro che il ricorso e' stato dichiarato inammissibile in quanto avevo allegato la ristampa della multa presente sul sito del comune di Roma e il giudice ha affermato che mi sono contraddetto, senza verificare che il verbale era relativo ad una data molto anteriore e non avevo piu' residenza in quel luogo. Mi sono accorto dell'esistenza del verbale sono con il trasferimento della residenza su Roma e successiva iscrizione al sito; pertanto ero impossibilitato a pagare un verbale di 80 euro, diventato 1200 euro con cartella esattoriale. Massima fiducia nelle istituzioni, assurdo, non ci sono commenti... Al telefono non rispondete...oltre al modulo opposizione a sanzione amministrativa in originale + 4 copie, cosa si intende per originale dell'atto opposto in originale + 4 copie, forse vi riferite alla cartella esattoriale? Io i 43 euro non so dove pagarli, non li ho allegati, li pago dopo?
