Como su nombre lo indica, se componía de una gran salón central absidiado rodeado de cuatro pórticos, uno conectado con el Pecile los otros tres de planta semicircular. Uno de éstos pórticos semicirculares daba acceso a otras tres salas que según los últimos descubrimientos arqueológicos estaban cubiertas con techos de losas planas de concreto.
They were reception rooms. As its name indicates, it consisted of a large central hall, surrounded by four porticos, one connected to the Pecile and the other three with a semicircular floor plan. One of these semi-circular porticos gave access to three other rooms that, according to the latest archaeological discoveries, were covered with flat concrete slab ceilings.
