★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questi giorni ho fatto il giro di diversi centri wind per la restituzione del Modem in base alla delibera AGCOM348/18. Tutti mi hanno rimbalzata da un punto ad un altro dicendomi che non erano a conoscenza della procedura. Solo grazie a Marianna di questo centro Wind, che si è adoperata in maniera attiva, sono riuscita a concludere il tutto. La ringrazio per la competenza, gentilezza e voglia di aiutare il cliente! Persona consigliatissima!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con un contratto di cambio telefono, mi è stata negata la sostituzione con telefono fisicamente disponibile perché danno precedenza alle nuove attivazioni.
Avendoli chiamati prima, da Pistoia sono arrivato fino a Firenze sud e la responsabile, tra l'altro molto scortese mi ha detto che le direttive interne del titolare erano quelle, presso che il servizio clienti wind mi ha detto di mandare una pec con segnalazione del negozio e così farò. Peccati che debba mettere una stella, non si meriterebbero nemmeno quella, anche solo per la scortesia. Negozio sconsigliato vivamente.
