Nella sostituzione del display di un telefono il tecnico ha danneggiato la cornicetta sottostante che si è quindi staccata per circa 2,5 cm lineari, può succedere, sarebbe bastato dirlo, invece il danno è stato camuffato riempendo il vuoto con del silicone e alla riconsegna del telefono è stato semplicemente detto di pulirlo perchè probabilmente era uscita della colla durante l'assemblaggio. Anche la finestrella del sensore per le impronte digitali sul retro del telefono evidenzia adesso uno scalino inferiore che prima non c'era, segno di un montaggio approssimativo. Posto di fronte all'evidenza il frontoffice non mostra alcuna disponibilità a risolvere bonariamente. Peccato, devo purtroppo sconsigliare. Bad experience.
