Alle mie rimostranze la persona addetta ha semplicemente detto che non sempre le macchie vanno via e che probabilmente non avevo dato istruzioni sufficienti alla persona che aveva accettato i miei pantaloni. Alla mia domanda chi mi riparava il danno subito, la loro risposta molto arrogante è stata che non sono responsabili di danni subiti durante il lavaggio dei capi e che erano problemi miei per la riparazione. Per quanto mi riguarda la cosa non finisce qui. Ho dato una stella perché non posso darne zero. E	ELENA PASQUINELLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto modo di testare il servizio perché innanzitutto hanno un pos che non accetta PostMat o carte emesse da Poste Italiane e il bancomat solo per importi superiori a €10 Alla domanda se avevo animali ho risposto affermativamente specificando che un gatto aveva vomitato sul piumone e la signora mi ha detto che avrebbero dovuto fare lavare separatamente il capo e che quest'avrebbe comportato un sovrapprezzo del 70%. Quindi circa 40€ Ho fatto notare che non vi erano comunicazioni e/o cartelli scritti da nessuna parte mi ha risposto che dovevo andare sulla fiducia di quello che mi diceva lei. Pessimo. Alla mia richiesta di risarcimento del danno (il giaccone è da buttare), la loro risposta molto arrogante è stata che non sono responsabili del danno perchè mancava l'etichetta con le istruzioni di lavaggio. Ma per loro bontà mi avrebbero comunque offerto 200€ di rimborso trattenendosi il giaccone, altrimenti se lo avessi voluto indietro 150€!! (ma che ragionamenti sono?). Purtroppo in questi casi non si hanno troppe alternative se non investire ulteriore tempo e denaro e loro su questo giocano. Ci vado da un paio di anni più i meno. Consiglio di provare e poi deciderete voi in base alla Vostra prima esperienza. Ma provare. It is located inside the Gavinana Shopping Center.
