★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brought 2 bags of clothes to be washed and ironed, laundry was weighed and paid up front ..was ready the following day at 2 as promised...Laundry was stuffed back into the bag that I brought it in ....5 linen items were not ironed & all my whites are now pink....really??
have a laundry facility in my apartment will do it myself from now on...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok what happens when you buy a 300 euro lamb skin jacket go out and get absolutely drunk, get said jacket covered in olive oil, tomato sauce and beer. Wake up in the morning with a huge hangover and take the jacket immediately to this place. For 45 euros and 13 days later I had my jacket back like new wow so happy because I knowe it was no easy task to clean especially considering the material is very delicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very bad service. The lady tells me to come pick up my clothes at 2pm, and I come at that time and she tells me that my clothes is not ready and dried and to come back in an hour. So I let it go and come back in an hour, and she proceeds to tell me that half of my clothes is dry and it is not folded, but at that point I was in a rush so I had to accept my half wet, half dry non folded clothes that I spent 40 euros to dry clean. Unacceptable and not how a laundry service should operate, Do not go here!!!
