Quando mi sono stati resi, dati per fatti, erano esattamente come prima. Era talmente evidente che, dopo accesa discussione, mi sono stati resi i soldi. Confrontandomi con un gruppo Facebook di cui faccio parte, ho scoperto che la mia esperienza non è affatto isolata...Tra le mille scuse che ho sentito c'era anche "è la prima volta in 50 anni che qualcuno si lamenta" ?. Soldi recuperati ma tanto tempo perso! E molto sangue amaro. I brought some boots to have the zipper changed. I got them back after more than 4 months, lots of phone calls and just as many unlikely excuses. When they were returned to me, given for facts, they were exactly the same as before. It was so obvious that, after heated discussion, my money was returned. Comparing myself with a Facebook group of which I belong, I discovered that my experience is by no means isolated ... Among the thousand excuses I heard there was also "this is the first time in 50 years that someone has complained" ?. Money recovered but a lot of time lost! And a lot of bitter blood.

La cerniera non è stata ricambiata c’è il marchio della scarpa scritto sopra e il “dentino “mancante c’è ancora Prendere in giro i clienti specie quando i solidi sono sudati e come rubare !! I am writing this review, because I want no one to be scammed by this "sir" anymore I bring them a shoe to change the zipper, I pay 20.00 euros in advance and 3 weeks later the same delivery! Si è fatto pagare in anticipo 10€, senza alcuna ricevuta, come altre volte. Ad oggi, luglio 2021, più volte sollecitato, non ha mai riconsegnato la cintura riparata (né i soldi)... Charged me 10 euro for glueing part of my sole back to the shoe which failed after 30 mins of wear. Also spilled gloe everywhere on the shoe. Waste of time and money, tried to go back to settle it which ended in him pushing me out of the store.
