★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go often and usually enjoy especially the tagliere. But the last time I went for lunch and the table cloth was filthy, the meal wasn’t tasty at all. A terrible experience. I hope they will get back to the level they used to have in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. The staff was incredibly rude and racist. First, the menus we're thrown down on the table in an agressive manner. After the waiter came back to take our order he sighed and told is 'don't waste my time'. We we're quite shocked by his behavior but went ahead and ordered anyway. I nearly laughed when I saw a 15% table charge tacked onto the bill.
This place doesn't deserve your time or money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place if you can! I’ve had better Italian pizza in Vancouver, which really surprised me. We tried to order a meat and cheese plate, and the gave us some chicken liver patte bs. It was terrible. Staff were very unfriendly. Took over 45 minutes to get the bill after finishing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time and ate really well. The traditional toscan meet and cheese selection was our favorite. The Prosecco was on spot, and the grilled meat had a spectacular presentation. However the portions were quite big (bigger than we ever imagined for 1/2 people as posted in the menu, - to be fair the waitress warned us about this) and the meal ended up being the most expensive meal we had in Italy. However I would like to give 5 stars to the establishment to raise their points as I feel they deserve an overall 4.1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceedingly miserable dining experience! Excessively hot and humid with hundreds of bugs in the area. Bugs on our bodies, food and in our drinks. When we were checking out we caught employees mocking us and the owner did nothing about it!
You have been forewarned, take your hard earned money to a better establishment unless you like this sort of treatment. NEVER AGAIN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection of dishes and pizzas, menu is a available in English as well as Italian. The food arrived quickly and was tasty, although the steak was a little overcooked.
Good value for money overall. Not too expensive and nice portions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where all local people eat! Our family visited this restaurant 3 days in a row and all 3 days there was full with people! Birthdays, special personal events, lovers and just a family dinner! We eat different meals all days, and was delicious! When I come back to Florence and will have my dinner here! Don't forget to made reservation!!!! Dinner for 4 people was round 70 eur including drinks, so 2 kids round 14years old are not drinking....
